~ Clouds tutorial ~ I hope this helps ><; I feel like I missed saying something... Since this is general I didnt put screenshots of what brush I used, instead put the name. Works with photoshop and probly others as well.

you've saved my life, i hope you know. I'm making a gift for someone, and it's really detailed, one of the most detailed pictures i've ever done, and i've been sitting here for four hours using ctrl+alt+z, because i could not get the clouds. this technique is utterly perfect, thank you for making this tutorial.
